the hotel is lovely but the restaurant is just average. They over-complicate matters e.g. my gazpacho came with two balls of sorbet- i don;t doubt they were home-made but it was a clash of flavours. They should try to focus on the basics and get them right- e.g. if they made the gazpacho with fresh rather than canned tomatoes the taste would be great without having to resort to sorbets to make it interesting. read more.
