I stayed in this hotel in March and had a very good time. The setting is very pleasant, it is quiet and you can easily park your car. The themes of rooms are original. We feel in the mood. The rooms are clean and functional even if they may be a little refreshed. The hotel staff like the restaurant staff is really very professional and very kind. What Hello Bamboo doesn't like about Les Saveurs des Thômeaux:
the hotel is lovely but the restaurant is just average. They over-complicate matters e.g. my gazpacho came with two balls of sorbet- i don;t doubt they were home-made but it was a clash of flavours. They should try to focus on the basics and get them right- e.g. if they made the gazpacho with fresh rather than canned tomatoes the taste would be great without having to resort to sorbets to make it interesting.
