Recently used to dining room at the Mount Royal Tavern for a luncheon for an anniversary party. People trickled in over an hour or more and the owners were very accomodating. The bar was open which allowed people to have a predinner drink without any fuss. The meals were served quickly and professionally. What Eleanor Williams doesn't like about Mount Royal Restaurant & Tavern:
I haven't actually eaten here yet. But I have played pool and spent a couple of evenings enjoying bands on a Saturday night. It is old, dated and dark but a lot of fun for a night when the band is good. The owners are very friendly. The bathrooms were clean when I was there. The bar had a typical selection of mid range liquors. It's a good spot for live music and a bit of dancing. Will return. View all feedback.
