What User likes about Isa:
We arrived late on Good Friday, hadn’t been told about the office being closed but worked out we had to check in next door and walk back. The lady on call was helpful and friendly. Nice and clean, well appointed room with smart TV, cold a/c, fridge and coffee making facilities. Beds were a bit firm but that was fine. Ample close parking, walking distance to food options. coeliac foresight. menu says gluten-free options, but the personal has no warning. Gluten-free eating served with potato precious stones and broth-based muffin. notified worker when ordering was placed on the stand of my wife. that was not passed on. when the complaint was made, general lack of knowledge was shown. the meal has been replaced, but no offer of refund. read more.
