service has always been great. But for the past week, the points scanner in the drive thru has not been working. Not sure what’s going on with this place. Was always my favourite Tim’s in Mount Pearl. I always have black steeped tea. The past three times I have gone the tea have been horrible. I swear it’s been watered down. It taste like bog water. View all feedback.

Didn't make my drink the way it should be and 3 times in a row never got my roll up the rim scan..... Worst Tim Hortons 3 times a row.... Especially yesterday around 1 o clock in the afternoon when it was not that busy
Coffee was a 50/50 on strength, over the last number of weeks it has dwindled down to maybe 1/20, regarding this. Lately, they’ve been serving pretty much boiled water, with unstirred sugar at the bottom! It’s time to standardize each brew amount, another loyal customer has ditched you!
