I have frequented this Moe’s location for the past 3-4 years. I noticed after COVID-19, that the store was struggling and wasn’t in the best situation. I came in today after a few months of not going in, and noticed the place looked great, things were clean, staff was nice, organization was phenomenal and it was a nice environment to be in. Ordered a bowl, they forgot to ask me what beans I desired, I didnt notice. I got a bowl that weighed like 3 ounces with no beans and ALL of the rice was undercooked. Half raw rice on both of our meals. I managed to blame myself, until we realized the rice was actually uncooked.Lame and not worth the FIFTEEN dollars for each bowl.
