Why is it that small city divers and car rides are just so much better than what you find anywhere else? Roger is no exception. Food is okay. It's expensive for the area and there have been 2 times we have called ahead for an order been told 30 mins. Showed up and waited over an hour. If we hadn't already paid we would have just left. And extra star because the soup is awesome. View all feedback.
