"Me my family have been Mama Wong's customer more than a decade BUT since post Covid era she has been more rude, does not talk politely , doesn't smile when asked simple questions she answers quite badly. Recently asked to have a couple of families for a get together, she talked so rudely that we cannot cater, though at one time u can find quite lot of people at her restaurant. "Normally they get the sandwich done right every time! This time it looks terrible! Its cold and looks completely undercooked or not cooked at all. Pretty sure there is 2 whole jalapeños on the sandwich. Im really disappointed!"

"Arguably the best deluxe cheeseburger and extra crispy fries on the planet. Burger is small and doesn't overwhelm the toppings, and the crinkle fries (order them extra crispy) are perfect. I order both every time. In a hurry? Call ahead for a pickup order. It'll be ready in 10 minutes. Love this place."

"Both the chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu were overcooked and dry. The Watermelon bubble tea was difficult to drink. the pearls kept on getting stuck and it wasnt blended properly. there were whole chunks of ice in it."

"Carl's Jr is not close to our house, so we are rarely visitors. I was pleasantly surprised. We have different Burger menus. The burgers were fuller than most fast food places. The rolls were fresh and not crushed. Meat tasted fresh and the spices were a good compliment. If I'm on my way and want food burgers quickly, I'm going to look for a Carl's Jr."
