"In summer you sit on the terrace with great views. The interior is very beautifully designed. The dishes are excellent, all freshly prepared. My favorite of the polinic dishes are the pancakes. Cordon Bleu is also very juicy and tasty. Very nice friendly service, even the service leaves nothing to be desired. We'll definitely be back."

"Enjoyment and craftsmanship - this is really good here! The card is not too big, but the more honest is the fresh preparation! A very delicious evening in a modern yet cozy ambience, paired with a surprisingly extensive (especially in German selection wine card). Regional products are processed almost exclusively, but the North Sea fish is not too short (and only in the Bouillabaisse... . Finally Andi Sondej spent a little time in the kitchen of the Soelringhof on Sylt. He can truly cook! Reserve an evening if you're in the area! "

"Das Ambiente ist sehr Urig-rustikal, für mich persönlich, echt gemütlich. Die Bedienung war super nett aber leider etwas zu unaufmerksam. Ich hatte ein Kalbsschnitzel Badische Art mit Käse dazu Gemüse und Pommes, was wirklich sehr gut war. Das Schnitzel sehr zart ohne jegliche Sehne. Die drei Anderen meiner Familie hatten Vorbestellt: Knusprige Gans mit Knödel, Rotkraut und Maronen. Für meine Frau nicht gut. Die Gans war nicht komplett, sondern jeder hatte 2 Stücke. Sie war nicht knusprig und geschmacklich wohl nicht akzeptabel. Die Knödel gelblich glasig und ne komische Konsistenz und das Rotkraut überkocht. Für 19,80€ darf man mehr erwarten. Zum Schutz sollte man dazu dann auch sagen. Es kann nun mal nicht jeder, jedes Gericht gut hinzaubern."
