Pizzas are freshly made and have a soft base.Ecnomical as well.Baked items like cakes and breads a below average.

"Visited Gloria Jean's after a long time. Very low standardss of hygiene. Burger had a hair stuck to it on the side and the cold coffee cups seemed like had not been cleaned. The red velvet cup cake was also very dry. Very expensive and a waste of money. I definitely do not recommend it."
