Barnacle Bill is a great little spot. We went to lunch in low season. Jess warmly welcomed us and even asked us our names. I just ordered some Veggie pages, the hubs ordered Rohaustern. Everything was really good. The roasted corn on the cob is an experience I highly recommend. Everything is done to order, so do not expect to be in and out. But it's worth waiting.
