Nice service and lively vibe, given how dead Nagano usually is, however those were probably the worst Ramen I've ever had in Japan (all options seem terrible, we had the burnt garlic and tasteless chili oil ones) and I also don't enjoy ice cubes in my beer that comes with solid frozen froth. Charsiew Ramen was so delicious. The meat was really tender, the soup was creamy.
Tasty tonkotsu ramen, good portions, fast and friendly service. English menu if you need it. Not expensive. Good option!
