"Incredible Hitsumabushi. The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. The Hitsumabushi set was so delicious. A unique way to eat unagi in Nagoya and you will be provided with explanations. At Atsuta they have a secret sauce that makes the taste so exquisite. They have been in business for more than a century and you can feel it. I have also tried the eel liver with there sauce and it was so delicious.
