"Great discovery. Everything was really top of the fun mouth with desserts. The service is very pleasant, advice on wine (accord met/vin on the menu that does not add exaggeratedly the final note is appreciable) and description of the precise dishes. The dishes are accompanied by several well-worked and balanced juices and emulsions. The mushroom cappuccino and poultry juice was really delicious. Crab cheesecake was really good (I would have eaten a little more). The desserts are very good with texture games and not too sweet. Cocktail with original spice bread. There is also the possibility to eat vegetarian. A single small flat plate could have been a little warmer. Value quality excellent price I will come back to test the menu tasting. Decoration of the room is much more modern and chairs look comfortable."

"Rémi was our catererer at my wedding on 11 August 2018. It is very dynamic, smiling and applied in its work. At the first meeting, we heard very quickly. This led us to have a special menu mixing European and Asian dishes. For the tasting, we had only good surprises. First with the wines (white and red) offered by the Paganis, they are very sweet. We chose them for our wedding. Then the entrance was a "laqué" Cabillaud with its Vietnamese vegetable soup, perfect to awaken your taste buds. A real pleasure. Then the classic sponsor with his mirabelle. The dish was a Tataki-style beef with reduced Nuoc-mâm juice, a crushed potato and its Mille-feuille of solar vegetables. Meat melts in the mouth. It was delicious. A little too salty for tasting, it was corrected during the wedding. Gourmet guests asked for rage. For dessert, we didn't want assembled parts. The pastry came with such an exquisite dessert that we took for our event. It was a summer field served on the plate. Nothing could describe the explosion of the flavors of this dish, it must be tasted. A perfect final touch for this meal. The guests were conquered. And it wasn't a thin case because they're demanding. In short, a marriage succeeds thanks to this divine meal. Thanks to Rémi, the patisserie and his team."

"A classically modern feel, in an otherwise Isolated and unattractive village. The greeting is warm if a little bit clumsy, they seem genuinely happy to see us there . The waiters and waitresses are very young and probably quite inexperienced but their eagerness to participate bodes well for the future. The dining room is pleasant although the stylistic painting of a pig doesn't do it for me. Good stemware and tableware.The room is noisy. The menu is a good quality price ratio but if you have to choose from the carte, It is frustrating because extremely concise . I understand that at this location the chef must make trade-offs in order to always have fresh food . The foie gras with rhubarb chutney was absolutely divine We had Hare delicious and pungent Lamb not the best cut of meat but the mushrooms were delicious and Beef cooked to perfection but French fries were ordinary and lukewarm . We had three desserts, they were exquisite. It is not easy to find a consistently good gastronomic Restaurant In Nancy I have found it and would come back"
