My children were hungry so we stopped at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the fries we ordered were soggy. They were almost $8, so you would think they would be better quality. To make good fries, you should cut them, soak them to remove excess starch, blanch them in oil, let them rest on a paper towel, and then fry them at a high temperature.
