Anthony bartender and Martin chef 100% awesome! The charm and warmth from Ambulance is simply great. The selection of beer is great and Martin is EXCEPTIONAL!

"The truck was at the Paramus Food Truck Festival over the weekend. Hubby's cousin is a picky eater, but he loved the Brisket Sandwich. Which says a lot : I got the Corn Bread and Carolina Bowl. I loved the Carolina Bowl, meaty, and the slaw was delicious, and I'm not a slaw person. My order was to go, so I ate it later and it was delicious. I will have to try it freshly made in the brick and mortar location. The Corn Bread was too dry for my taste, I had to warm it up and smothered it with butter to eat it... Will have to go to the brick and mortar location soon!"
