What rogersober likes about Cafe Normandie:
The salad with ham was a wonderful starter followed by splitting the beef stew between two. The scalloped Potatoes were really great and complemented the beef. The veg side was a great touch. The pistachio cream topped angelfood cake with pressed strawberry sides and whipped cream topping was a show stopper of a desert. The food and service by Andy was wonderful. Being greeted with champagne was delightful. Every course was more interesting than the last except for one. We really would have like escargot instead of garlic shrimp. The decor had no reflection of New Years Eve. Old Christmas decorations and empty blackboards to stare at.
