What Patricia Jones doesn't like about Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store:
Service was horrible. Walked in and the worker just looked at me and didn't even say how can I help you or nothing. I gave him my order and he went to the manager to ask how to make it. Gave me little scoops of ice cream. Then the manger says to him you need to make your scoops bigger. The manager should bave stayed with him to make sure everything was correcr. Food was very good but employees seem lost and easily confused. Walked up to the register and no “hello” or “we’ll be right with you” even though there were several people standing around. Someone came up and asked if I had been helped but he seemed distracted and asked if I wanted my burger grilled or crispy and then got my shake size wrong. I get that it gets busy but it could use a little more leadership influence View all feedback.
