I still cannot decide if the food was worse than the atmosphere; both were terrible. It is so loud in the dining room you cannot have a conversation without shouting. The Pastrami sandwhich tasted like corned beef, had little flavor, and was served on sandwich bread. My server was excellent. I asked to replace the mushy potato salad for pasta salad and she did so without hesitation. The pasta salad was almost as bad... View all feedback.
An absolute institution! Hands-down the best sandwiches in town, totally worth the drive from anywhere. Cash only!
One of my favorite sandwich shops. I feel like I'm eating the best of ingredients. My favorite is the Rebecca sandwich with that nice slab of creamed cheese in the middle. There is a brief list of beer and wine. But you gotta save your calories for the pie of the day. The chocolate pie and the butterscotch pie (my favorite) make you wanna kiss your grandma. Seriously, the butterscotch pie. Put it in your pie hole now!
The food is delicious and the customer service is great.

A nice, clean place to enjoy a delicious meal. Pastrami and turkey sandwich. The most delicious chocolate cream pie !
