read moreI've lived by Sips for 7yrs. I tried it for the first time about 3weeks ago. I really do like their coffee. Made fresh and pippin hot. Very nice folks too.
Love this place especially in the summer. Their saved ice so so good. They also have smoothies which are amazing as well. Friendly,quick service.
