Went to the Country Living Fair at the Wilson County Expo Ag Center on Saturday. There were several food trucks vying for customers and it was very difficult to decide. I decided to try Banh Mi Roll Factory featuring Vietnamese foods. Went for the pork Banh Mi sandwich and OMG it was delicious. Hands down the best bahn mi in town…but be prepared to wait EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I don’t think they look at online orders until you walk in to pick up your food. Then you have to wait another half hour for a sandwich. They are very consistant in taking a good hour to get you a sandwich. I wouldn’t go back if it wasn’t just so good. View all feedback.
