Barista Parlor Germantown

What LM likes about Barista Parlor Germantown:
The place has an industrial/garage feel, as opposed to feeling cozy and quiet. My biggest complaint: their chai tea latte is made using a store-bought pre-made concentrate, and yet they still priced it highly. If I had known that, I would have just made myself the same chai latte at home using the same product, for a fraction of the price. I was expecting better quality. View all feedback.
