Ihop

We were told we would get sat in 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes later we asked politely how much longer and the lady told us they were cleaning our table and they would grab us in 5 minutes. 6 families were put ahead of us and we could see the ipad where we were on top of the list and we kept getting skipped. 62 minutes later the e asked them could we be sat and it was unfair that these daniel’s were sat before us even though they checked in after us. We talked to people around us and we were told we had to “fight for your seat” . it’s ridiculous.

Door clearly states close at midnight but at 10:15 PM the doors are locked . You can see employees inside the building, but they did not respond to a standing there.
