"I was a bit very careful to go to a restaurant in the forest on the land side japans, as this is not the most vegan-friendly part of the world, outside large cities such as tokio, kyoto and osaka. but that could have been one of my favorites in japan! we called in the morning to make a reservation for a 1 hour lunch. they have two lunch services, around 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock, and it is recommended that they make a reservation for one of them. we were a bit nervous as the road went through the forest, and we were not sure what exactly we reached ourselves but google maps directions and the many signs for the restaurant along the road leads us easily to our destination. for lunch, choose between a cook recommended lunch and a pasta lunch. the lunch of the chef includes six different appetizers, a suppe and a selection of three pasta dishes and risotto, while the pasta lunch includes three different appetizers, a suppe and a selection of three pasta dishes. they add a drink and dessert to their lunch, and depending on the type, it could cost free or a small extra. we ordered both the recommended lunch of the cook (1580 yen. supper) I have the tiramisu 220 yen) and the zimt seasoned 50 yen,) and my man got the crème brûlée 100 yen) and coffee 100 yen.) the appetizers were unbelievable, each of them burst with tasted cream cheese, they were a seasonally open green I had the seaweed and mushroom cream brown rice risotto, while my man had the vegan carbonara (big portion 100 yen.) cake can not describe how incredibly creamy and full taste everything was! the evening meal is of course rather a cursor, and it seems a bit more expensive, but our lunch was very cheap. I can't imagine ever going through this one again and not stopping by. really phenomenal!"

"Tonight with my wife dinner in matsuoka. had a set menu with a wonderful selection of Japanese dressed both hot and cold. highlights were the hearty mix- vegetables suppe, soy cream croquette, which was like an excellent potcake, spicy garbanzo filled red pfeffer and broccoli salat with hemp dressing. also really good vegan ice sandwiches for dessert! wonderful aromas, textures and colors in all. excellent!"
