I needed a place to get away and Lauren was absolutely amazing. A lovely courtesy call with me over sharing my situation and she was absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. Checking in with me to make sure the room and I were OK. She even arranged a meal to be sent to me. Absolutely top class! The room was everything I needed it to be.
