I ordered online for pick up and the process was super easy. I think the only thing they should’ve mentioned online was that if you ordered ice cream you should go to the front and ask for it. The building is falling apart. The staff can’t seem to get orders correct. We also have been eating gluten free and recently started enjoying Toms again. But they just can seem to get things right. They give you a deconstructed version of what ever burger you order and most of the time they are missing items. This last one takes the cake….
