What Judith H likes about Le Bistrot de l'Écailler:
Shellfish, shellfish and more shellfish. Very good quality and very friendly service. Lots of atmosphere. Easy to park. If you like shellfish and oysters and Plateau de Fruits de Mer then they Oyster Shucker is the place to go. Apparently they have another restaurant in Paris too. English spoken. View all feedback.
What Peter K doesn't like about Le Bistrot de l'Écailler:
We had good reports of this place but found it to be quite average yet expensive. Inside, the bistro tables are too close together, outside is not particularly wonderful. It's in shadow in the evenings, so it can get chilly. May be better at lunch-time. Waiting staff were a bit full of themselves when we visited. Would not go back View all feedback.
