Definitely a hit or miss depending on staff. The last few times I got an iced coffee, it was so disgusting and tasted watered down and this is before the ice had a chance to really melt. I guess I kept going expecting different results but I'm tired of wasting money on iced coffee that tastes like 90% water, 5% coffee, 5% cream/sugar. View all feedback.
