"So cute, attention to detail profound. Came after swearing in ceremony at the courthouse! We were in the mood for lunch, had a trio of sandwiches that were savory, excellent bread. Bought scones for later, yummy! Will be back for the afternoon tea. Loved the shop and the faux fireplace in the Lol!"

"EDIT: 9/22Went there two more times and I was so happy to see there was a shift change!!! Back to having polite people who appear to be happy. 5/5 stars!!——old review below——5/5 stars for the ice cream but 2/5 for the person working there at the front.This is now the 4th time where I’ve been treated to rude service : the blonde girl who works the front has ignored outright questions multiple times such as “how big is a small/kiddie?”. Easy things she can just say “oh, it’s this size.” Simply ignoring me and my family despite obviously hearing us. When we finished paying she didn’t even say thank you to the tip we left, just “finish the prompt on the screen.” Very abrupt and very rude.She has also been rude to us when we come for pick up. We will order online and wait by the pick up window. She will come to the window, see us waiting there, make eye contact and then shut the window in our face. This has happened to me twice and my father once. My father nearly opened the window back up to tell her off. He’s also over heard the girl trash talk customers behind their backs about how they were “mean to her”. It seems like they were mean to her due to her rudeness.Not only that, but yesterday I witnessed a girl having a potential allergic reaction to an ice cream flavor. She was allergic to nuts and started to feel the effects of her allergy. She went to the window and asked if the ice cream had nuts and at first the same girl ignored her until the young girl having the allergy had to put her hand In the window to get her attention. The worker didn’t really show much compassion to the young girl and didn’t even offer her a cup of water or even a different flavor, despite her having a reaction.I really love Dr mikes. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m so used to the kind people who work here. It’s sad that now when I come here I potentially dread being rudely attended to even though I’m just trying to get simple ice cream for my family."

"The ideal and perhaps on place to have pie. Hands down best pies I’ve had in my lifeand trust me my waistline can vouch for that. Staff was also VERY friendly and accommodating. This place is an easy 10/10"

"Delicious! Food is super fresh. Very tasty. Choose what you want to create your meal. Choose a bread or salad. Add meat if you want. Add 2 other choices from about a dozen different items. Add a dressing. Large portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Even the fries were awesome!"

"Horrible, I really want my money back for the mediocre Santa Barbara Club that I just received. I order this sandwich pretty regularly and the consistency is always off. There was literally no effort put into the sandwich I received: a few sad strips of dry grilled chicken and a pinch of spinach leaves between 2 dry pieces of bread with maybe one tablespoon of chipotle mayo with a slice of cheese. Let alone the $15 price tag, you should be ashamed for allowing food to leave your establishment in this manor.."
