"Delicious unique preserves, amazing online presence, stellar customer service. This shop/ restaurant is a destination for any food/garden lover visiting PEI. When I think of PEI ... beaches, lupins, icecream, farms, pottery, antiques and PEI Preserves! Such a lovely spot with quaint gifts and a cosy cafe filled with homemade goodness. You can even get a peek at the production area and stroll through the gardens overlooking the serene Clyde River. Love it so much!"

"My fav place to eat. Owner is beyond helpful and nice. The staff and food are the best. I can't say enough good things about this place. Prices are great. The amount of food is what you can eat no more or less. You are stuffed when you leave. The quality of food is so good. I have never been disappointed there. The staff can't do enough. Number one place to eat in Cavendish for sure. Wish she would open a spot year round in Ch'town."

"Make sure to get to this place early. We got here at 5 and did not have to wait. It opens at 4 o'clock right now. This is a 4 course meal. You start with soup, either seafood chowder or tomato basil and rolls. Mussels are next, then salad, and then the lobster comes out. And then desert. The tomato basil soup is nothing like La Madeleine in the United States, it is not creamy. It is very much tomato and a lot of pepper, so I did not enjoy it. Also, we did not enjoy the seafood chowder. It was very bland and did not have much flavor. The rolls were okay, and the salad was just a basic salad. The star of this meal for us were the muscles and the lobster and dessert. You can ask for a 1/2 bucket or a full bucket of muscles to start. My husband ate 3 buckets; he loved them. The lobster was good also, and they had already pre -cracked the areas that needed to be cracked. So you did not have to deal with that tool. I got coconut cream pie for dessert. And it was so good that I got a second one. My husband really enjoyed the raisin pie. And he also got a Strawberry Shortcake, but that was not very good. You can have as much as you want of anything except for the actual lobster. Also, if you do not like lobster, you can get different dishes like steak or scallops, or just everything else except for the lobster at a less price. We are planning to return. And my husband wants to just get the muscles. And I want to try the scallops next time."

"We had the lobster roll with fries and the scallops with fries. The lobster roll had big chunks of meat and the scallops were cooked perfectly. The fries servings were very generous. The food was very fresh and tasty. A little pricey, but nice experience. We sat on a bench and looked at the ocean while we ate. It was $2/vehicle for parking. Looking back, I'm not entirely sure if that money was going towards the businesses/parking lot or if it was some kid's side hustle. The bathrooms had no toilet paper and were not really kept up."

"Well, let me be clear, I did not taste the burgers (they are not gluten free) but I did try the fries and they were super delicious. Well, PEI potatoes, you can't go wrong ! It was my wife who ate one of their burgers and she was really impressed. These guys should teach McDonald's how to make a real tasty burger."

"This restaurant is a hidden gem. the menu is excellent and the service is incredible. from the outside it looks very average, but that looks deceived and anyone looking for an incredible dinner will be very happy that they have experienced this great eatery?"

"This restaurant is fantastic! The menu was outstanding and the gluten free selections were the best ever. The owner/staff were very friendly and helpful and catered to all of our needs. My advice is to take a side trip and head there for your lunch."
