As a coffee enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for new spots to satisfy my caffeine cravings. However, I was unsure what to get. I asked the barista at the window what is their most popular coffee as I wanted to try a local favorite. After giving me many options that I can say all sounded delicious, I asked to be surprised. The barista was very polite and patient while ordering. As I pulled up to the window they ha... View all feedback.
I love all Dippin Donuts The in New Hartford has this amazing Cinnamon Roll with glaze and icing. This thing is huge like her donuts. My favorite is the strawberry cream. I don't drink coffee, but they also have a lot of choice. Very friendly staff and passionate owners.
Very clean and friendly. Donuts were very good and made in the premises, not frozen and shipped like national chains. Parking was open to bench next door, so I was easily able to use my 24' motorhome. It would also have been room for a bigger rig.
Edit: I have since spoken with the manager, and the employee has COMPLETELY changed his attitude. He’s completely friendly, patient, and a joy to be around. I don’t feel skeptical going there while he’s working anymore. I’m now giving the 5 stars I originally wanted to give! I would absolutely love to rate this place 5 stars. I personally prefer dippin over dunkin. The quality is better with both the coffee and the donuts. The donuts are huge and have great taste. The coffee doesn’t taste watered down like dunkin and has great flavor. However the customer service is terrible. Every time I have gone there, there is a gentleman working the drive thru whom is ALWAYS rude to me and my family. I shrugged it off at first. I’ve worked fast food and I know the struggle and how frustrating it can be. I thought maybe at first he had a bad day. But with that being said I’ve always been very polite and did nothing to deserve his rude behavior. Today I didn’t see any fall flavors on the menu, so I asked. He began to tell me with attitude it was on the menu. I didn’t see it, he told me he didn’t really know and that they had so much. Which is okay. But he’s always working when I go there. So I figured he’d know the menu a little more than I would. He was very impatient and rushed us. We got to the window and there were all the fall flavors on the window. I wish he had more patience and understand. I will return because I enjoy the coffee, but the service I do not.
We moved from Utica 5 years ago and we still thinking about these breakfast bagel sandwiches. Come down to Tarpon Springs, FL we will sell you out! ??
One of my favorite coffee shops. I go here rather than the other chain stores. Better quality and fair prices.
