"My gumbo was super bland and the balance of rice to the rest of it was off. I helped it out with a generous amount of salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. My wife had the Shrimp Po-Boy. It is HUGE. Probably 12-14 inches long and super-stuffed (as advertised). Her shrimp was super good and perfectly cooked. The rest of it was just so-so. I like the vibes of the location. There's even a bobcat in the men's restroom. I would try it again though. Worth a visit!"

"We went to Nash's on Valentine's Day. They had a special limited menu this night, which first disappointed me. But I soon realized that it was a blessing because I am very indecision, and it forced me to choose from fewer objects. And all I chose was amazing! We started with the filled Portebellini-Pilz-Appetizer. Omgosh! It was small, but rich and delicious. Yum! We then moved to the side salads. They were ordinary garden salads, but the homemade dressings were great! I had the blue cheese; my Nabeby had the Italian. Finally, I ordered the grilled fish with shrimps and crust fish with potatoes and vegetables. The fish (redfish, I think) was light and fresh, and everything else was delicious. My husband has the calfsala, and I have to say it was one of the best I ever had. The calfs were so delicate, and the sauce was decadent with the capers that add a tasty tartness. It was served with creamy garlic potatoes. All right! The ambience is romantic (at the veranda or in front of the fireplace), and our server, Nash, was fast and knowledgeable. It's a tad noisy inside, and the tables are pretty cramped, but we couldn't ask for a better meal. We're definitely going back."

"Fantastic and unique seasoning blend for the boiled crawfish. My wife said the raw oysters were delicious. The Cajun Sriracha oysters were excellent. FYI, the Cajun Sriracha oysters should probably be considered medium rare. They are definitely not raw and definitely not cooked all the way. But delicious coming from someone who does not care for raw oysters."
