I really love brisket and I know good brisket when I eat it. The brisket sandwich was outstanding! It literally melted in your mouth, which is what good brisket should do. There were fries on the plate as well and while they were obviously frozen, they were cooked nice and crispy and were actually pretty good. Brussel sprouts were very salty. Chicken was good, not dry. Sausage and pulled pork were not too great. Corn was good but had a lot of garlic, so you better really like garlic. read more.
