What User likes about Sushi Brothers:
This is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in the city! The specialty rolls are delicious and named appropriately for South Louisiana. The Sapporo is always cold and pairs well with all of the cuisine offerings. The staff is courteous and attentive, if you check the pic, dragon roll is one if my favorites. View all feedback.

I have heard this place is great so I opted to try it one weeknight. Online it says they close at 10...arrived about 9:15. The waitress let us know we would need to order by 9:30. We had some edamame, salmon box and crunchy rolls. They gave us free clear soup as well. The soup was good. Edamame didn't taste very fresh or freshly steamed.
