Excellent food. Must visit when you are in New Paltz. Love the Egyptian cuisine, full of aromas and well proportioned foods. Aubergine removal is a must try and so is the falafel. Rindsalwarma was full of aromas. We loved the 3 spits of Kebab Combo, the kebabs were lovely and delicious. The seafood pasta was unexpectedly good. The red lens soup I think is over hyped.
