"Let me start. they have the best cookies of all! I ate a b4 my meal and took 2 to go! we ordered the heavy fish chili, the buddish tacos with garncake, raw muscheln, and beer bestreut kabeljau and pommes! everything was excellent! I can't wait to go back! the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. the food is so fresh and serves beautiful and hot! they order at the counter and bring their food out!"

"Cutting is without question a delicious restaurant and a jewel among the many great places to eat in the Hudson Valley. I have eaten dinner with friends several times and was consistently impressed by the freshness, quality / sourcing of ingredients, and the gourmet aroma combinations on the menu. Every employee I interacted with was helpful and friendly. It really seems to me that any low rating on Google has been written either by someone who simply cannot be satisfied, or by people who have a limited working knowledge about the intricacies of running a restaurant (seating policy, changing reservations, etc.) ESPECIALLY during these strange times, and therefore unrealistic and self-oriented expectations about how their experience should go. I have nothing but praise for the team at End Cut, and for all fine foods and drinks they serve, and I think we're lucky to have them in our neighborhood!"
