"This restaurant has flavor, atmosphere, and (most importantly) personality. The food is amazing. I ordered the mushroom brie and the BBQ short ribs. The brie was an amazing blend of earthy, savory, and sweetness in a way that left me with absolute joy and a wonderful mouth feel. The BBQ short ribs are fall apart and everything I could have asked for in a meal. The risotto is undeniably the superstar of the dish. It is creamy and savory with a hint of acidity that I still cannot pinpoint. I will try to go back one more time to try their burger, because it is exicting to think about how it will be elevated. Also, the servers are wonderful people and kind conversationalist (when prompted by the patron). A rare trait in many restaurants today. The price is higher than one might be used to, but not higher than the quality served and the service rendered by an amazing staff. I can only wish that this treasure maintain its status in the St. Francisville community."

"I just found my new go to place to eat on the way to or from the camp! The food and device were incredible! I went in for a quick lunch and ended up leaving with $80 worth of stuffed meat for the house. Can't wait to come back."

"Bueche’s is a great little home town, lake side bar grill. The bartender was super friendly and took care of us. I highly recommend the famous Bueche’s Buger! That’s a real deal homemade burger right there Bruh. Definitely stop in and grab a beer and a bite."
