Beef, rabbit venison, foie gras. The Veggie option, potato meadowsweet noodle dish was awful, it was supposed to be served with parsnip chips. Tom, the waiter, said he saw the chef putting them on but despite dissecting it in front of him, we found none. He consequently fetched some from the kitchen.
