What Marlin Thompson likes about Mayse Artisan Bakery:
her brot is delicious, fills, healthy and all vegan. actually it is so good that I really don't like a normal brot now. Alex and Eli, the owners, are always happy to talk about their products and processes and are generally wonderful people. they perform events such as pizza pop-ups and Brotherstellungs workshops. the opposite is picturesque and worth a visit. I will miss this bakery when I leave hongkong! View all feedback.
as far as I know, this was the only bakery in hongkong that sold only vegan brot (before alive food co. was founded in 2020). I enjoyed the brot there so much....
read moresuper delicious pizza even the teig was a bit chewing, but would def come back. also nice kombucha! highly recommended if they are in the opposite!
