"So I ordered the meal with two hard shell tacos and a large ole, I asked for only meat and the shell nothing on it she clarified it with me. I get home which is only about 7 blocks away and they had mild sauce and everything else on it. But that's not what upset me the most because accidents happen. The meat was ice cold not even the slightest bit warm, same with my husband's burrito he just didn't want to complain. I called and said that the meat was freezing and the lady was really rude to me and said ummmm no it's not we cook it to 185 degrees and I Said I'm aware of what it's supposed to be at she then said it was cooler because of the sauce and I Said I'm also aware of that I worked at taco bell but the meat is still warm not ice cold! She wrote my name down for 2 replacement tacos and I went the other day and they said they don't even have anything what a waste of almost 30 dollars I spent that night!"

"Order food online here they took our money out of the bank then canceled the order. Asked for a refund since they won’t give us the Food, spoke with the manager Amanda she was extremely rude and refused to help, said if we came to the store she’d call the police! Needless to say I’m at Subway on 14s and Broadway…. I called the police and will file a complaint with the Officer and then I will call corporate."
