"This restaurant is excellent. The vibe is on the sophisticated side of casual, and the service is solid. The food is exceptional- creative, yet just familiar enough not to turn you off. Every course was prepared and presented perfectly. The dishes were exquisitely balanced, and the portions were perfect- always satiating, never too filling. We can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Pricier than most other spots in the area, but worth every penny."

"My co workers brought me here for lunch and lord am I glad I came! It was good as heck! I was honestly flabbergasted, because I have yet to taste Mexican this authentic in NYC. I ordered the Carne Asado (steak) taco and the especial quesadilla with steak. Lord was it good it was so seasoned and so flavorful, like an explosion on your taste buds with how great it tasted. I tasted the pork as well it was equally as tasty and had a spicy kick to it! Ohhh man just writing this review i want to go back! I knew walking up it would be amazing because the line was out the door and people were standing in the hot sun waiting! It's not a sit down location they have standup bar top counters to eat on. The menu is written on the walls. It's quite expensive per taco but after watching them make it they're very generous with the meat unlike chipotle Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because my ratings need customer service to be great. They had zero customer service in my opinion, I understand it was busy and it was the lunch rush but the cashier was just like let's go and that she didn't want us there. After you pay you give your receipt to the cooks to make your taco and they ask if you want corn or flour tortilla and what toppings. I didn't catch our guys name, he was the only personable one. Even made jokes with us. I will definitely go back for the food and hopefully when it's not so busy the staff will be friendly."
