This place is THE place for udon in the city. A pretty nice place to dine alone, it’s relatively easy to get a table if you are by yourself. The niku udon and a poached egg is my absolute favorite. I’ve been here multiple times and it still amazes how good it is every time I’m here! The noodles are chewy but soft, the broth is the perfect taste, and the meats in the soup are great. This was a disappointing experience. We ordered via Doordash. We were excited to see Mapo Tofu Udon on the menu and ordered two. Without communication, neither arrived and we received one order of Wagyu Beef Udon in its place. It was an ok dish but not what we were craving and there were two of us so we had to share it.
