Nice cute poke shop in very convenient location. Very clean and easy to order. Polite and quick customer service. We got salmon and tuna, I personally liked tuna better. Seaweed salad was well flavored too. Very easy to eat. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sweetcatch Poke Grand Central:
These people are liars they had a big banner up, WE 'RE OPEN , yet when I walked over, the lights were off and the doors were locked. What a waste of time and effort. If only there was more honesty in the world. View all feedback.
The service was unresponsive. I placed an order for delivery on a Friday, which they accepted, but never delivered because I later found out they are closed on Fridays. I have attempted to contact them multiple times during business hours by phone to either receive a refund or get the order delivered, but they never answer.
This is the best poke restaurant in New York City! I frequent this place often and always order the big Kahuna bowl.
Don?t use the Uber eat to order, just waste your time in this store. The guys don?t care about your order and just let you wait aside. Bad experience!!!!
This restaurant is my favorite spot for poke. The small poke bowl is very satisfying and costs less than 13 dollars, making it a more affordable option compared to The Little Beet nearby (where the minimum cost is 16 dollars). The brown rice, salmon, tuna, and seaweed are fresh and delicious. It's a budget-friendly option for healthy food, and it's turning me into a fan of poke bowls. For the record, I have tried poke bowls before, but at that time I didn't have a preference for carbs or red meat.
I got the Big Kahuna to-go. Each component of it was good, and I particularly liked the Classic Hawaiian tuna.
