Vita Nova is a student-operated restaurant that is part of the Hospitality Business Management program at the University of Delaware. It is recognized with a "Best of Delaware" award for its lunch buffet served Monday to Friday and elegant fine dining available Wednesday to Friday during the fall and spring semesters. For lunch, enjoy fresh and locally sourced dishes such as gourmet salads, soups, pastas, entrees, fire-roasted paninis, flatbreads, cheese boards, and mini desserts.
