visit them regularly on a Sunday for coffee and a cake, but always disappointed in the waiting queue for the coffee shop. only one person who picks orders, makes drinks, takes cake with the money, keeps everything up. all employees work very hard,...but only another person who gets the drinks out, etc would make it just much more efficient.
