What shazb22 doesn't like about The Village Kitchen:
I used to enjoy having lunch and cake at the Village Kitchen. However, the owner mentioned that there wasn't a high demand for vegan food. She is willing to modify dishes to make them vegan, but there is no separate vegan menu and no non-dairy milk available at the moment. However, they still offer a vegan cake most days. Amazing freshly cooked food. Love it here. Open kitchen and comfortable seating. Small but quaint
Lush little cafe to stop on route to our holiday home we chose the small plates (3 for £19) as we were determined to leave room for cakes afterwards the pate was particularly delicious.
Nice little tea room especially when the weathers nice and you can sit out in the courtyard. Excellent cream teas
Excellent choice of food which was very tasty and served hot by friendly staff.
Nice cafe/bistro, great coffee and the food choice looks really god but not eaten here(yet)
