"This place was literally opened 13 minutes ago while we waited outside. the tables are visibly dirty and there are eating on the floor, but no one has eaten here today. which means it's from yesterday. currently sitting in a stand where my legs are hanging because it is so sticky! super disappointed as we went into the green flow position and it was impeccable! I also want to add that it is hot here and the alternative ac they have on the wall does not work well. there are also huge dust pieces hanging from the air centers and directly above the food area."

"We have been coming to Sakura ever since we moved to Newburgh in 2018. It is still our favorite spot, and we always joke that we’ll never move out of town because we wouldn’t be able to live without Sakura. Our friends and family all love it too, and I think it may be half the reason they come visit us! The owners/staff are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. Once, we got stuck in the snow across the road from the restaurant (yes, their sushi really is worth driving in a snow storm for) and they came out with snow shovels to help us get the car out! They are so kind and genuine. They have great lunch and sushi specials, but even their regular prices are very good for how much food you get. Our favorites are general Tao’s chicken (we order it extra spicy), hibachi, crab Rangoon (their’s is the BEST you’ll ever have), and our favorite sushi rolls are the lovely roll and sushi pizza. Their boba tea is also fantastic. We just can’t say enough good things about this restaurant, the food, atmosphere, and the people. If you try it, I promise you won’t be disappointed!"
