We first discovered Mr. G’s when it was on Balboa Island. The pasta is some of the best I’ve ever had! I especially love the Caccio e Peppe. The salads are also wonderful. And several times Mr. G himself has come out to talk with diners. View all feedback.

I made a reservation for this last Sunday evening and showed up and the restaurant was open, but completely empty, including the staff. I turned around and someone came out and said they were closed. on the following day I called and asked a voice mail to ask if they were still in business and no one returned my call.
