The Tres Leches cake that you guys made for me was so good! It tasted great and looked beautiful! My guests loved, I loved it, and most importantly the birthday girl (my mom) loved it! I am sad and disappointed with Coutore Bakery on their lack of professionalism. I contacted them on Dec.2 by phone and email and asked for a price for a custom cake. I was instructed to email my design and date needed. I did exactly that and did not hear anything for 4 days, so I called them spoke to the gentleman who stated the design was do-able, he would give me a call the next day and that didn?t happen.
