I am sad and disappointed with Coutore Bakery on their lack of professionalism. I contacted them on Dec.2 by phone and email and asked for a price for a custom cake. I was instructed to email my design and date needed. I did exactly that and did not hear anything for 4 days, so I called them spoke to the gentleman who stated the design was do-able, he would give me a call the next day and that didn?t happen. The Tres Leches cake that you guys made for me was so good! It tasted great and looked beautiful! My guests loved, I loved it, and most importantly the birthday girl (my mom) loved it! Thank you guys so much, especially because you opened the bakery on your day off just to accommodate my needs! I will definitely be back to try your yummy looking cupcakes and pastries!
