The Falls Deli - Niagara Falls

I love this deli, the food is good and plentiful, reasonably priced too. I would give it 5 stars except the menu seldom changes so it gets boring if you are a frequent visitor. I'd also like to be able to get my food to go (back to my room), they do not offer any form of take out containers.

Two stars for large portion sizes and friendly cashier. Cooks are clearly not good when more than two people in line. Orders were mixed up, sides forgotten and had to be requested. Tables were dirty. I have had better experiences a couple of years ago which is why this latest visit was so disappointing.

If there appears to be anyone ahead of you in line be prepared to wait a long time. They are extremely slow, and if you want French fries, your hot sandwich will be ice cold by the time you get them. The employees are not welcoming or friendly at all. They are not accommodating and do not even suggest take out, they will rudely inform you they do not do take out!!! Prices are high, food is good but atmosphere is loud and seating limited.

Good food and service and not overly overpriced like many other NF eateries ...good quality Deli style food... the corned beef was lean and delicious ... a rare find.

If your looking for a great deli sandwich The Falls Deli will more than satisfy your tastes and price range with huge portions, easy quick order, plenty of seating all conveniently located just off the Fallsview Resort Casino floor. This menu not only offers delicious deli sandwich classics but pizza, salads, soups and a nice selection of tasty desserts. No alcoholic is served & must be 19. TIP -before ordering check the sandwich size - consider ordering one deli sandwich plus extra sides (salad, chips, etc) - usually plenty for two adults.
